Ellis (E.M. Property Adjustment) was such a pleasure to work with. We had roof concerns after a storm and my best friend said to reach out to him, her mother-in-law used him some years earlier and had a great experience. I'm so glad I did. I value a first hand experience so much more than just reading random reviews online. From the first time he came to our home he was timely, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He guided us through everything since we had never completed a project like this before. Once they came to get started on replacing our entire roof, it was only a day and a half of work (this was during winter and the days were shorter). The team that replaced our roof was on point! Everybody had a role and knew what they were doing. They were like a well oiled machine and got right down to business. Our roof was replaced end of February and we haven't had a single issue and I trust we won't have any issues. I am so pleased with the quality of his team and the work effort they put into taking care of use. I will always recommend EM Property adjustment anytime I hear somebody talking about roof repair concerns.

A realtor talked highly of him and I am not pleased. I thought he was a roofer but he is adjuster who hires out, which is no problem but let the person know that.
I asked him why he didn’t color match , he stated know one advises him that needed to be done. Never have I had to tell someone to do what they are supposed to, then he stated they didn’t have the color after I said something.
I reached out to another roofing company to make sure I wasn’t tripping with the work. That stated the work wasn’t good and there are gray shingles. ( they stated if they fixed the work, it would damage the roof)
Ellis was supposed to paint trim around the door , which he canceled, causing me to find someone quickly. He initially charged me $1350 for the patch, a couple of pickets and the trim . When he canceled he reduced the price to $800, which is I guess normal for the pickets , and shingles. So basically he was charging me $550 to paint trim around the door. ( normal size double door) I did find some one short notice but that was unprofessional on his part.
